A BILL to amend and reenact §5-22A-15 of the code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the design-build
board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §5-22A-15 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 22A. DESIGN-BUILD PROCUREMENT ACT.
§5-22A-15. Continuation of board.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the The design-build board shall continue to exist until
the first day of July, two thousand four ten, unless sooner
terminated, continued or reestablished , pursuant to the provisions
of article ten, chapter four of this code

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to continue the design-
build board until July 1, 2010, pursuant to the West Virginia
sunset law. This bill is recommended by the joint committee on
government operations.
