    The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page seven, section seven, line seventeen, by striking out the word “petitioner” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “innocent owner”;

    On page seven, section seven, line twenty, by striking out the word “petitioner” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “innocent owner”;

    And,

    On page seven, section seven, line twenty-four, by striking out the word “coowner” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “person with an ownership interest”.
