    Senator Jenkins moved to amend the bill on page twenty-seven, section fourteen, line four hundred fifty-three, by striking out the word “before” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “approved by”;

    And,

    On page twenty-seven, section fourteen, line four hundred fifty-five, by striking out the word “five” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “ten”.
