Senator Takubo moved to amend the bill on page two, section ten, line thirty, by striking out, “§49-5D-3” and inserting in lieu thereof the following, “§49-4-402”;

And,

On page two, section ten, line forty-two, by striking out “is empowered to” and inserting in lieu thereof the word, “may”.
