The Committee on Economic Development moved to amend the bill on page four, section five, line eighteen, by striking out the words “five-year period” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “year”;

And,

Amend the bill on page four, section five, line twenty-nine, by striking out the words “five-year period” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “year”.
