Delegate Fast moved to amend the bill on page 1, following the enacting clause by striking the remainder of the bill and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“ARTICLE 1. COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE.

§17E-1-14b. Lifetime ban for commercial drivers involved in human trafficking.

A person convicted of “severe forms of trafficking in persons” as that term is defined and described in 22 U.S.C. §7102(11) is disqualified for life of holding a Commercial Driver’s License.”
