Delegate Shott moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill 678— A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §15A-5-10, requiring that successful completion of the Getting Over Addicted Lifestyles Successfully Program be deemed as successful completion of the Division of Motor Vehicles’ DUI Safety and Treatment Program; requiring the Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation to provide each individual that completes the Getting Over Addicted Lifestyles Successfully Program with a certificate of completion; and requiring the Division of Motor Vehicles to accept the certificate of completion as evidence of completion of the DUI Safety and Treatment Program.
