Delegate Burkhammer moved to amend the bill on page 5, section 10, line 105, by striking the words “(i) If, after 6 months from the date that the payment plan is set up, a person has not made their first payment on the payment plan,” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(i) If an individual is utilizing a payment plan and after 6 months the individual has not made their first payment on the payment plan or after 6 months from the date of the individual’s most recent, but not final payment on the payment plan,”
