Senator Maroney moved to amend the amendment on page 3, section 20, after line 62, by adding thereto a new subsection, designated subsection (d), to read as follows:

(d) The provisions of this section are effective on January 1, 2024.

And,

On page 6, section 17, after line 63, by adding thereto a new subsection, designated subsection (d), to read as follows:

(d) The provisions of this section are effective on January 1, 2024.
