Delegate Summers moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

A Bill to amend and reenact §16-29E-3, §16-29E-5 and §16-29E-7 of the Code of West Virginia, as amended, all relating to the Legislative Oversight Commission on Health and Human Resources Accountability; defining terms; applying authority of commission to successor agencies of the Department of Health and Human Resources; removing limitation on commission review; expanding authority of commission; permitting commission to require reports; and setting forth instructions for reporting.
