B. 4399 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §61-11-25 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to general provisions concerning the expungement of criminal records following pre-trial diversion or deferred adjudication; when a civil action may be filed to expunge criminal records; and relating to exceptions for expungement.
