Senator Stover moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 4a, line 5, after the word “wildfires” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided, That no wildfire management contract shall be entered into for state parks and rail trail lands under the jurisdiction of the Director of the Division of Natural Resources.
