Delegate Statler moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 3446 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §18-5G-3; of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend said code by adding a new section, designated §18-2-46, relating to requiring public high schools to provide information and support to each student to fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to promote access to post-secondary education; setting forth support to be provided; allowing the state board to adopt rules; and protecting personal or identifiable data.”
