Delegate Young moves to amend Com Sub for HR1on page 36, Rule 84, on line 913 by striking out the word “Audio” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “Video”; on line 915 by striking out the word “audio” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “video”; and on line 917 by striking out the words “and video”.
