Delegate Leavitt moved to amend the amendment (Del. Ridenour & Del. Coop-Gonzalez #2 (revised)) to Committee Substitute for House Bill 4198 on page 2, section 5, line 42, immediately after the words “thereof the words” by striking the words “not less than $500 nor more than $2,500” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “$500”;

And,

On page 3, section 7, line 49, immediately after the words “the commissioner shall”, by inserting the words “after providing notice and an opportunity to be heard pursuant to §29A-5-1 et seq. of this code”;

And,

On page 3, section 7, line 60, immediately after the word “shall”, by inserting the words “after providing notice and an opportunity to be heard pursuant to §29A-5-1 et seq. of this code”;

On page 3, section 7, line 67, by striking lines 67 through 74 in their entirety and renumbering accordingly.
