Delegate Brooks moved to amend the committee substitute for House Bill 4355 on page 1, section 56b, line 2, immediately after the words “These stamps” by striking the remainder of the sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following words: “shall be required only to hunt and take upland game birds in a wildlife management area, and any additional lands the Director of the Division of Natural Resources may designate pursuant to subsection (c) of this section, during any upland game bird season.”.
