Delegates Hansen, Hornbuckle, Fluharty, Hamilton, Garcia, Lewis, Pushkin, Williams and Young move to amend HB4983 on page 1, Section 1, line 5, by striking out the period at the end of the sentence and inserting the following:
"with the following amendment:
On Page 6 of the rule, at the end of subdivision 10.1.3.f. following the semicolon by striking out the word 'and';
And, at the end of subdivision 10.1.3.g., by striking out the period, inserting a semicolon and the following: 'and
10.1.3.h. An assessment of potential water quantity impacts to state water resources of the proposed High Impact Data Center that includes the volume of water to be withdrawn and returned per month, the groundwater or surface water resources to be utilized, the latitude and longitude of the proposed water withdrawals and returns, the current uses of the water resources to be utilized, and impacts to current or future uses of the state water resources. The assessment of potential water quantity impacts to state water resources shall be reviewed and verified by the Department of Environmental Protection. In accordance with §5B-2-21a (e) of this code, the assessment of potential water quantity impacts to state water resources shall be made available to the Governor and Legislature, after removing specifically identifying information to ensure confidentiality of any such information as identified by any high impact data center.'"
