Delegate Anders moved to amend the resolution on page 2, line 9, after the period by inserting the following: “On a motion to table a motion made under this rule, the vote shall be taken by yeas and nays and the result entered in the Journal.”

And,

On page 2, line 15, after the period by inserting the following: “On a motion to table a motion made under this rule, the vote shall be taken by yeas and nays and the result entered in the minutes.”
