A BILL to repeal §16-27A-1 and §16-27A-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to a ban on construction of nuclear power plants.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


§1. Repeal of the article banning construction of nuclear power plants.

That §16-27A-1 and §16-27A-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the law which bans construction of nuclear power plants.
