A BILL to repeal §61-10-21 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repealing the prohibition against the use of certain words.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 10. CRIMES AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY.
§61-10-21. Unlawful use of prefix “Doctor” or “Dr.” penalty.
[Repealed].
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the use of prefix “Doctor” or “Dr.” penalty.
