No member of said commission shall receive any compensation for his or her services as commissioner, but each commissioner shall be entitled to receive his or her actual disbursements for expenses in performing the duties of his or her office, and an account of which expenses, shall be approved by the chairman and paid by the State Auditor as other claims authorized by law. The Commission on Uniform State Laws shall be deemed a presumptive provider of continuing legal education for commissioners and session attendance at its annual meeting shall be deemed continuing education credit for commissioners.
