A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §20-14-13, relating to allowing the Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority to contract to build and maintain trails on private property with the consent of the property owner.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
The Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority shall be authorized to contract to build and maintain trails on privately owned property, with the consent of the private property owner. This authorization shall allow the authority to build and/or maintain motorized and nonmotorized trails.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to allow the Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority to contract to build and maintain trails on private property with the consent of the property owner.
