A BILL to amend and reenact section twenty-two, article thirty-two, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to continuing the board of examiners in speech pathology.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section twenty-two, article thirty-two, chapter thirty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 32. SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS AND AUDIOLOGISTS.

§30-32-22. Termination of board.

The West Virginia board of examiners for speech-language pathology and audiology shall be terminated pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight ninety-nine, unless sooner terminated or unless continued or reestablished pursuant to that article.
