Withdrawing from consideration by the voters the question of ratification or rejection of an amendment to the state Constitution designated "Maximum Number of Years of Excess Levies Amendment".
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two-thirds of
the members elected to each house agreeing thereto:That the question of ratification or rejection
of the
amendment to the state Constitution designated "Maximum Number of
Years of Excess Levies Amendment
", as set forth in H. J. R. 104,
Regular Session 2002, be, and it hereby is, withdrawn from
consideration by the voters
