AN ACT to amend and reenact §20-1A-9 of the code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuation of
the
Public Land
Corporation.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §20-1A-9 of the code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 1A. REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT AND PROCEDURES.
§20-1A-9. Continuation of the Public Land Corporation.
The Public Land Corporation shall continue to exist, pursuant
to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, until
the first day of July, two thousand nine, unless sooner terminated,
continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that
article.
