Judicial Compensation Commission

The Judicial Compensation Commission was created by the 82nd Legislature, effective June 10, 2016. It is composed of five members, including the Dean of the West Virginia University College of Law, two members appointed by the President of the Senate, and two members appointed by the Speaker of the House. Appointed members serve four year terms.
