A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §15-2D-8, relating to allow licensed food trucks to operate on the Capitol Complex grounds for certain occasions.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 2d. division of protective services.


§15-2D-8. Permitting licensed food trucks on Capitol Complex for certain occasions.


On days when the Capitol Complex Cafeteria is not operational or not in service, licensed food trucks shall be given permission to sell food and drinks on the Capitol Complex grounds.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to allow for licensed food trucks to be able to sell food and drinks on the Capitol Complex on days that the Capitol Cafeteria Complex is not operational or not in service.
