A BILL To repeal §21-1C-1, §21-1C-2, §21-1C-3, §21-1C-4, §21-1C-5, and §21-1C-6, of the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended, relating to repealing the West Virginia Jobs Act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 1C. WEST VIRGINIA JOBS ACT.


§21-1C-1. Short title.

[Repealed.]

§21-1C-2. Definitions.


[Repealed.]


§21-1C-3. Legislative findings; statement of policy.

[Repealed.]

§21-1C-4. Local labor market utilization on public improvement construction projects; waiver certificates.


[Repealed.]


§21-1C-5. Applicability and scope of article; reporting requirements.

[Repealed.]

§21-1C-6. Penalties for violation of article, notice of violations; administrative remedies.


[Repealed]

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the West Virginia Jobs Act.
