A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Chiropractic Examiners to promulgate a legislative rule relating to chiropractic telehealth practice.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellanous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. Chiropractic Examiners.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 13, 2021, authorized under the authority of §30-16-5 of this code, modified by the Chiropractic Examiners  to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 15, 2021, relating to the Chiropractic Examiners  (Chiropractic Telehealth Practice, 4 CSR 09), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Chiropractic Examiners to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Chiropractic Telehealth Practice.
