A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians to promulgate a legislative rule relating to continuing professional education requirements.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-9-1. West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on April 25, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-35-4 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 11, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians (continuing professional education requirements, 31 CSR 05), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Board of Licensed Dietitians to promulgate a legislative rule relating to continuing professional education requirements.
