 A BILL expiring funds to the balance of the Department of Administration, Public Employees Insurance Agency – Basic Insurance Premium Fund, fund 2180, fiscal year 2018, organization 0225 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, in the amount of $29,000,000 from the Department of Revenue, Office of the Secretary – Revenue Shortfall Reserve Fund, fund 7005, fiscal year 2018, organization 0701 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.

            WHEREAS, The balances of the Revenue Shortfall Reserve Fund and Revenue Shortfall Reserve Fund - Part B have a sufficient aggregate balance available for appropriation in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, to accommodate an expiration of $29,000,000 while preserving a balance in excess of 15% of the total appropriations from the state fund, general revenue; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 That the balance of the funds available for expenditure in fiscal year ending June 30, 2018, to the Department of Revenue, Office of the Secretary – Revenue Shortfall Reserve Fund, fund 7005, fiscal year 2018, organization 0701, be decreased by expiring the amount $29,000,000 to the Department of Administration, Public Employees Insurance Agency – Basic Insurance Premium Fund, fund 2180, fiscal year 2018, organization 0225, to be available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.
