A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §16-64-11, relating to prohibiting harm reduction programs in West Virginia from distributing any smoking devices as part of the program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

ARTICLE 64. SYRINGE SERVICES PROGRAMS.

§16-64-11. Prohibition on distribution of smoking devices in harm reduction programs.

It is hereby prohibited for a harm reduction program in West Virginia to distribute any smoking devices as part of the program.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to prohibit harm reduction programs in West Virginia to distribute any smoking devices as part of the program.
