Establishing September 11 as "Always Remember 9/11" state holiday.

Whereas, The coordinated terrorist attacks carried out by al-Qaeda on September 11, 2001, on the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, the Pentagon Arlington County, Virginia, and on the United Airlines Flight 93 in which passengers forced the plane to crash into  Stonycreek Township, Pennsylvania, must never be forgotten; therefore, be it.

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That September 11 be designated Always Remember 9/11 Day a special memorial day and a legal holiday.
