House Resolution 14

Disband the Federal Bureau of Investigation and other politicized intelligence and law enforcement agencies.

Whereas, The United States Government’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has become a politicized secret police engaged in illegal political persecution of opponents of the Democrat Party, illegal interference in and manipulation of federal and state elections, deception of the American People in support of the Democrat Party, terrorist swatting of political opponents of the Democrat Party, and other political activities in direct violation of the United States Constitution and United States Code; and

Whereas, The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) has similarly become an instrument of state repression; therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Delegates:

That the State Legislature of West Virginia calls upon the Congress of the United States to disband and investigate the FBI, the ATF, and any other federal entities engaged in political actions designed to benefit a single political party, moving those entities determined free of political interference and comprising relevant residual criminal investigative capabilities, such as the FBI’s Laboratory Division, to a consortium of states; and, be it

Further resolved, That the Clerk of the House is directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
