A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §60-3A-10d, relating
to increasing the amount of liquor licenses awarded to
qualifying businesses in Tucker County.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended
by adding thereto a new section, designated §60-3A-10d, to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 3A. SALES BY RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSEES.
§60-3A-10d. Increases in available liquor licenses.
Notwithstanding any rule or provision of this code to the
contrary, the total number of liquor licensees available to
qualifying businesses in Tucker County, West Virginia is increased
from two licenses to three licenses.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to increase the number of
liquor licenses available from two to three for qualifying
businesses in Tucker County.
