A BILL to adjust the boundary between Doddridge and Harrison counties.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN DODDRIDGE AND HARRISON COUNTIES.

§1. Industrial home for youth to be in Harrison County.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the boundary between Doddridge and Harrison Counties is adjusted so that all the property on which the grounds and buildings that constitute the industrial home for youth, established in article three, chapter twenty-eight of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is in Harrison County.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to
adjust the boundary between Doddridge and Harrison Counties so that all the property on which the grounds and buildings of the Industrial Home for Youth are located is in Harrison County.
