A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the West Virginia Board of Acupuncture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to applications for licensure to practice acupuncture.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2023, authorized under the authority of §30-36-7 of this code, modified by the West Virginia Board of Acupuncture to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 22, 2023, relating to the West Virginia Board of Acupuncture (applications for licensure to practice acupuncture, 32 CSR 03), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the West Virginia Board of Acupuncture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to applications for licensure to practice acupuncture.
