A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of the Treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to the Department of Transportation, Division of Motor Vehicles, fund 8787, fiscal year 2023, organization 0802, by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.

 

Whereas, The Governor has established the availability of federal funds for expenditure in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

 

That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, to fund 8787, fiscal year 2023, organization 0802, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows:

Title II – Appropriations.

Sec. 6. Appropriations of federal funds.
