Joint Legislative Committee on Flooding

The Joint Legislative Committee on Flooding will meet at noon on Monday, May 13, in the Senate Judiciary Committee Room (208W).

The tentative agenda includes:

• Requests of Purchasing – Mike Sheets, Director, Purchasing Division and James Meadows, General Counsel, Purchasing Division
• Question and Answer Session – Mary Ann Tierney, Director, FEMA Region III
• Update and Discussion Regarding Stream Gauges – Jeremy White, USGS, Virginia-West Virginia Water Science Center

UPDATE: Because of an unexpected scheduling conflict with Mary Ann Tierney of FEMA Region III, the Committee will NOT meet Monday, May 13. The Committee will meet as scheduled during May Interim Committee meetings. A time and agenda for that meeting will be announced shortly.
