The following is a statement from Delegate Mike Caputo regarding the passing of Frank "Chunki" Angotti.

"Chunki Angotti was a dear friend of mine and a great public servant, and I was proud to serve with him in the Legislature. As both a public office holder and a private business owner, Chunki always worked to make his community better for our children, seniors, and the working people of West Virginia. My heart and prayers are with his family at this difficult time."
