Speaker, Senate President letter to Joint Judiciary Committee regarding impeachment proceedings

House Speaker Tim Armstead, R-Kanawha, and Senate President Mitch Carmichael, R-Jackson, have sent a letter to the Joint Committee on the Judiciary requiring it to begin an immediate review of evidence concerning the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals to determine if articles of impeachment may be appropriate for one or more members of the court.
