A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to board of pharmacy rules for immunizations administered by pharmacists and pharmacy interns.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Pharmacy.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on September 4, 2020, authorized under the authority of §30-5-7 of this code, modified by the Board of Pharmacy to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 2, 2020, relating to the Board of Pharmacy (board of pharmacy rules for immunizations administered by pharmacists and pharmacy interns, 15 CSR 12), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Pharmacy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to board of pharmacy rules for immunizations administered by pharmacists and pharmacy interns.
