A BILL making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of
moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six,
in the department of health and human resources -- board of
barbers and cosmetologists, account no. fund 5425, fiscal year
1996, organization 0505, all supplementing and amending the
appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six.
Whereas, The governor has established that there now remains
an unappropriated balance in the department of health and human
resources -- board of barbers and cosmetologists, account no. fund
5425, fiscal year 1996, organization 0505, available for
expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-six, to
account no. fund 5425, fiscal year 1996, organization 0505, be supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by
fifteen thousand dollars in the line item as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement this account in the budget act for the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-
six, by adding fifteen thousand dollars to the existing
appropriation for the payment of per diem for board members.
