A BILL expiring funds to the balance of the division of
highways-highway tax fund, fund 9017, fiscal year 2003,
organization 0803, for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth
day of June, two thousand three, in the amount of three
million dollars from the division of highways-A. James Manchin
Fund, fund 8319, fiscal year 2003, organization 0803.
WHEREAS, The Legislature finds that the account balance in
the division of highways-A. James Manchin Fund, fund 8319, fiscal
year 2003, organization 0803, exceeds that which is necessary for
the purpose for which the account was established; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the balance of the Division of Highways-Highway Tax
Fund, fund 9017, fiscal year 2003, organization 0803, be
increased by expiring to that fund three million dollars from the
division of highways-A. James Manchin Fund, fund 8319, fiscal
year 2003, organization 0803 to be available for expenditure during the fiscal year two thousand three.
The purpose of this bill is to expire three million dollars
from the division of highways-A. James Manchin Fund, fund 8319,
fiscal year 2003, organization 0803 to the balance of the
division of highways-highway tax fund, fund 9017, fiscal year
2003, organization 0803, for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth
day of June, two thousand three, to be available for expenditure
during the fiscal year two thousand three.
