A BILL to amend and reenact §64-5-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to West Virginia clearance for access: registry and employment screening.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 5. Authorization for Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-5-1. Department of Health and Human Resources.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2017, authorized under the authority of §16-49-9 of this code, relating to the Department of Health and Human Resources (West Virginia clearance for access: registry and employment screening, 69 CSR 10), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Department of Health and Human Resources to promulgate a legislative rule relating to West Virginia clearance for access: registry and employment screening.
