AN ACT
to amend and reenact §19-21A-4a
of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuing
the
State
Conservation Committee.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §19-21A-4a
of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, be amended and reenacted
to read as follows:
ARTICLE 21A. CONSERVATION DISTRICTS.
§19-21A-4a. Continuation of the State Conservation Committee.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the State Conservation Committee shall continue to exist
until the first day of July, two thousand twelve, unless sooner
terminated, continued or reestablished.
