A BILL to amend and reenact §30-4-30 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuing the West Virginia Board of Dental Examiners.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §30-4-30 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 4. DENTAL EXAMINERS.
§30-4-30. Continuation of the West Virginia Board of Dental Examiners.

The board shall terminate on the first day of July, two thousand three, pursuant Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code, the West Virginia Board of Dental Examiners shall continue to exist until the first day of July, two thousand eight, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished.
