A BILL to amend and reenact article 2, chapter 64 of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the
Ethics Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to
the code of conduct for administrative law judges.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 2, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931,
as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO
PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
64-2-1. Ethics Commission.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-sixth day of August, two thousand four, under the authority of section five, article two, chapter six-b, of this code, modified
by the Ethics Commission to meet the objections of the legislative
rule-making review committee and refiled in the state register on
the sixteenth day of February, two thousand five, relating to the
Ethics Commission (code of conduct for administrative law judges,
158 CSR 13), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Ethics
Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Code of
Conduct for Administrative Law Judges.
