A BILL to repeal §21-1C-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the sunset provision of the West Virginia Jobs Act.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 1C. WEST VIRGINIA JOBS ACT.
§1. Repeal of section relating to the sunset provision of the West Virginia Jobs Act.

§21-1C-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.



NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to remove the sunset provisions from the "Jobs for West Virginia's Act of 1990."
