A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of public moneys out of
the Treasury from the balance of moneys remaining as an
unappropriated balance in the State Fund, General Revenue, for
the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand
six, to West Virginia University Institute of Technology, fund
479, all supplementing and amending the appropriations for the
fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand
six.
Whereas, It appears there now remains an unappropriated
balance in the State Treasury which is available for appropriation
during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two
thousand six; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand six, to fund 479, West Virginia University Institute of Technology, be supplemented and amended by
allocating surplus funds from the General Revenue Account to
increase the total appropriation by adding new items of
appropriation as follows:
Capital Improvements.........................$10,000,000
Program Development..........................$ 4,000,000
The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, add and increase items of appropriations for
capital improvement and program development for West Virginia
University Institute of Technology for expenditure during the
fiscal year two thousand six.
